Hello! My husband and I are in search of an existing restaurant to buy or a spot to open a new restaurant on 30a. We have searched via the traditional routes (as far as listings) and are looking for anything that may not be listed or advertised yet. We have 10 years of successful experience as restaurant owners. We have a strong vision of relocating to 30a to raise our young family in what we think is one of the most special areas in the country.
