Which is it; 12 bedrooms (mini-hotel/McMansion Houses) or 5? And only 3 parking spots for 5 BR? Isn't this against code? My guess it was built with plans approved as a 3 BR but once built the "bonus room and Library" spaces majicly became bedrooms. This is so typical of SOWAL(turning their backs when they know what is happening) and the investor class to maximize living space and get around parking requirements while causing problems for surrounding property owners, but who cares, it's only money that counts. Anyone who doesn't believe this happening on a regular basis has their head in our, temporarily beautiful, white sand.
