The last we heard (from Flip Flop owner), the building was not zoned for what he needed. That option is out. I do not think he plans to open another restaurant at this time.

Meanwhile, the Miss Lucille's painting has found a new home in a really great SoWal restaurant in Blue Mountain Beach!!! We'll announce as soon as it's a done deal.
Oh, well, some lucky spot will want it. We will keep an eye out.
Unfortunately, I don't remember from whom I got this but someone thought a local school might have an interest in this treasure but because Miss Lucille had a cigarette in her hand, it would be inappropriate to display her in that environment.
If Billie could paint out the cigarette, perhaps this might work.
