to bad it's not open to public....so do employees have to live in the condos?

No, sir, you do not have to live in High Pointe to work here.

You are correct in that we are located in a gated community and not open to the public via the road, however, that is irrelevant to this post. We are a small restaurant and get plenty of business, otherwise we would not be hiring.
