Dear Sowaller, after Chef Tran decided to leave us to spend more time with his son (WE did the same in 95 to raise our children) we were waiting for the right chef to come along and help us open back up, in the same token we wanted to have a more comfortable space to serve you, (we are half way there) we took on a building that needed lots of help & financially we needed to do it in pieces (we do not have deep pockets but honest & hardworking family).
WE found a wonderful hard working young man, he is very excited joining our team, we opened today just for him to get his feet wet, I was impressed. Next 2 weeks we will be open Thursday, Friday & Saturday @ 7:30 and hopefully from July 28th we will open Tuesday thru Sat, we are Honored to be At Your Service. Marie & Hanie
