I sent an email and requested pictures and location and got a reply back asking for references and they wanted a credit or background check (can't remember exactly because I deleted it). I can't fathom giving my information without even knowing if I want the place or without meeting someone. I'm silly like that.
you emailed the owner of the house, we are renters and we show the house and answer questions etc. the house is still occupied and is only 800sq ft so pictures wouldn't do the size justice.
