-Exceptional at building relationships with clients

-Experience in cutting, coloring, styling and perming/straightening
-Must be reliable, loyal, friendly and an energetic team player
-Knowledgeable of current styles, techniques, applications and hair care products
-Able to up-sell services, products and make recommendations to clients
-Established book preferred but not required
-Must be passionate about continuing education, networking within the community and helping support the salon growth
