I purchased the home new in 2004. I have now moved and I want to rent the home to someone who is responsible and mature. The home is south of 98 near Sacred Heart Hospital and Walmart. Very convenient location.
It is a 2 br / 2 bath on a .25 acre lot. The backyard borders undeveloped land that buffers the power lines. Very private.
It has a carport and a separate workshop that is heated and cooled. The backyard has a large paver patio for entertaining.
There are eight 10yr old fruit trees across the back of the property that bear fruit.
I have just painted the entire home
inside and outside. There are hardwood floors and granite countertops.
All appliances are present except for a washer dryer which I will provide or if you have them we can negotiate.
The rent is 1500.00 per month. I need first and last months rent and small damage deposit as well as an approved application w credit check. Dog friendly within reason.
The home will be available on March 1, 2016 (or maybe earlier if all work is completed quickly).
you can contact me via text at 850 347-1935 or email at wlvhjr@gmail.com with any questions.
Thanks for looking.
