I am sure there is a legal way to get the funds unencumbered. May take us 100 years to find it, but there has to be one. Otherwise, the county was stupid for encumbering millions of dollars before the necessary easements were in hand.

Sure you just lobby the Florida legislature to pass an amendment allowing you to do it. 100 years is a pretty good estimate.

Can we use it to pay for eminent domain proceedings against all SoWal private beachfront property?
