Golden Construction announced it has been awarded the $16.5 million Lofts at Seacrest Beach project by 30 East Holdings, LLC.
Lofts at Seacrest Beach is a 120-unit, Class A rental community in one of the fastest growing and most desirable areas of Florida. Located in southeast Walton County along Highway 98 abutting the beach communities of Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach, the site sits less than 3,000 feet from the Gulf of Mexico. The project will include a pool, fitness room, club house, business center, garages and deeded beach access.
