I'm 22 years old and work full time in Seaside and have been a local to the area most of my life.

I'm looking for female roommates who don't have any pets.
There's 2 rooms available and rent would be $517 plus utilities plus deposit per room.

I have a friend who is 23 years old - she works at the hospital and she is looking to move out in this direction. She is currently living with her sister in Panama City. I know she would be interested in this townhome - it's almost right across the street from where I live.
