Yes, we. Guess you don't ever eat out or use any services in Walton County. There is a great need for affordable housing here. The average worker can't afford the rent here.
1st point - Live over the bridge or where it's affordable and drive to work in the south part of the county if that's where you can earn the most for your marketable skills.
I've driven long distances my whole life to where the money was. And I currently drive an hour one way to one of my projects.
2nd point - As I noted, nothing stopping you from acquiring property, securing investors and financing, producing plans, engineering, submitting for a Development Order, applying for permitts, etc, etc, etc, and building affordable housing in south walton.
