Five Star Beach Properties; a growing, dynamic, forward-thinking rental management company is looking for an Personal Assistant to join our team in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. Are you a good fit?

Position Description

We are currently searching for an excel savvy Personal Office Assistant to work onsite at our Miramar Beach, Florida headquarters. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

Responsibilities & Requirements

- Maintain calendars and meeting schedules

- Prepare meeting agendas, take and distribute meeting minutes

- Assist with projects, spreadsheets and data entry

- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements

- Assist with team events and employee engagement efforts

- Assist with outreach and recruiting events

- Schedule meetings and interviews

- Personal errands

- Other duties as needed
