I have a summer internship in Rosemary Beach from mid May to early August. I am looking for a furnished 1 bedroom condo/apt or a studio in the area for around $1000 a month. Also, I have had trouble finding a place, so I am looking for a roommate(s) as well, if I can't find anything. Thanks! : )

I have a 3br house in Santa Rosa Beach. Nice new home on the bay (with dock). I am considering a short or long term roomate. There are 2 spare bedrooms (both can be used if extra space is needed but I would only be looking for one roomate), full private bath with double vanity.
