Osprey Or Bald Eagle?

Caught this guy flying through my frame he was moving very fast.

An eagle? I see a little white on the head, so maybe it's a younger one. And it looks like right before they wiggle to get excess water off.

I vote osprey the wings are thin. I see both at the boat dock all the time.

Apparently an Osprey or juvenile eagle as mature eagles have white tails.

Kurt, as many exceptional photos that you have taken of SoWal, you would be our resident expert. I'm leaning juvenile bald eagle. I think his wings are too broad from body to mid-wing to be an osprey. Plus, ospreys are have more of a mottled color.

If you want to have a day you will never forget, find somewhere where the eagles or ospreys hunt and watch for a couple of hours. Mesmerizing and breathtaking.
