The Spell Restaurant Group is thrilled to welcome Edward's Fine Food and Wine in Rosemary Beach to their family of top-notch restaurants on the Emerald Coast, including George's at Alys Beach, La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar, La Crema Tapas and Chocolate, Grits & Grind and Saltwater Grill.

Edward's is a great addition complementing the Group's presence on the East end of 30a. The warm, sophisticated atmosphere with white table cloths and live music nightly is a Rosemary Beach gem guests have adored for years. The Spells look forward to continuing the tradition of fine food and service at Edward's.

Edward's offers an upscale, yet relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy fine food and wine, al fresco in the courtyard or indoors. Chef Angela Poe works with her culinary team to ensure fresh, creative dishes are prepared daily. Enjoy live music nightly in the courtyard.

Edward's is located on Main Street in Rosemary Beach. Open daily from 5-10pm.

Edward's Fine Food & Wine was created by Chef Edward Reese along with his wife Erin Mason. The courtyard restaurant is a chef-run place with a chef's counter and a beautiful menu of southern inspired cuisine keeping it simple, fresh and delicious. A comfortable place with upscale/comfort food with great wine. Ed and Erin will pursue their next adventures, leaving their excellent staff in place. The place will be in good hands with Christy Spell and her crew from The Spell Restaurant Group. She has a knack for finding the best of coastal dining and preserving its traditions.

They need a full bar.

It's a food and wine experience which will probably remain such.

Also, after talking to Spell Group staff, we learned that the square footage is too small to be eligible for liquor license. The restaurant has a unique setting with southern inspired cuisine that's just simple and fresh. Edward's wine list recently received an award of excellence from Wine Spectator.

Agreed. They don't need and should never get a full liquor license. Their GM knows wine, sommelier-level, and you will be hard pressed to find a better wine collection on 30A or the Emerald Coast than at Edwards.
