I am looking for a one bedroom, one bathroom long term rental (6 mo lease or longer) on 30A or close by in SRB. Not interested in Miramar, Destin, PCB.
LOOKING FOR: rental under : $1,200 - including utilities.
One bedroom, one bath -
Studio, cottage house, carriage house, mother-in-law suite - all interested.
I am a young female professional in the area with no pets. I don't smoke or party - very easy, loving, reliable tenant.
I have several professional references in the area I can provide if needed.
I have lived in two local carriage houses on 30A and know that they are best found through locals who do not have them listed online but I wanted to pitch this to see if anyone had any leads!
