It's extremely difficult to go deeper when you have people who are so job scared that they won't talk! Dede Hinote and Brad Alford are prime examples of why people will not come forward.

Melanie Nipper is working towards changing that and should be commended for her efforts but she is one lone voice on the BCC. Until we elect a board that wants open, honest government, operated in the Sunshine the status quo will continue. Ultimately the taxpayers are footing the bill for this nonsense.

I don't know that there is a Quarter Master position in the WCSO @John G. That position was actually given to him by then Fire Chief Bobby Martin under WCFR.

The Sheriff actually got this person when WCFR was transferred under him.
