Key Responsibilities:
*Train and manage guest service agents
*Deal with homeowner and guest issues
*Maintain accurate and efficient reservations
*Manage concierge services
Key Qualifications:
*High school diploma or GED required
*Two years customer service experience in hospitality industry required
*Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holiday, and able to take after hours call outs.
