Appears to be a discrimination suit. C. Jones was BCC Chair at the time the suit was filed. More retaliation!

According to the county's March 2017 litigation matrix, discrimination complaint involving alleged hostile work environment, against Walton County Fire Rescue Chief Bobby Martin and Chief James McMillian and HR Director Ella Mae Walters, and discrimination based on sex/gender.

Evidently there is allot of truth to the allegations of harassment because the County is discussing a settlement of that lawsuit at the next BCC meeting.
