Lane Closures?

Anyone know why there is a sign for "lane closures 4/1/18" on the East End of 30A and out of 98 in Inlet Beach? Seems like a really bad time to close lanes at the beginning of the biggest Spring Break week?

Sure would be nice if someone (county official or whoever makes these decisions) would let the business owners know about the plans that will potentially impact our businesses in the area. But who are we to question....oh, just taxpayers and voters.
