The Reservation Sales Agent primarily responsible for booking Rosemary Beach properties via phone utilizing sales techniques and software designed for vacation sales and marketing in order to consistently meet and exceed various goals set forth by management.
Key Duties:
- Assist guests by selling future reservations and answering questions on existing reservations
- Ensure guests stays exceed their expectations
- Make reservations for homeowners
- Answer phones, check email, respond promptly to all messages
- Work with other departments to resolve guest issues
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service/hospitality experience
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Proficient computer skills -- Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook, Publisher, FRS
- Passion for communicating with people and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to to successfully resolve guest-related issues or problems that may arise
