Wanted Long-term rental /roommates

Hi there! My name is Hannah and I just moved to the Santa Rosa Beach area about a month ago. I work in Marketing and Public Relations for a child advocacy non-profit here in SRB. I am currently living in my parent's beach house in Watercolor but will be looking to have my own place soon.

I have a home in Point Washington available now....I also have a single female interested in it who would need a roommate to make it work. Its a 3/2 so could accomodate up to 3 persons to share $2400 monthly rent. New construction, never lived in before!
