Hwy 283, going south from 98 toward 30A, about 1000-1500 feet south of 98, there is a stretch there where there are ruts immediately next to the asphalt. The dirt shoulder has been washed away. I drifted off the road there a week ago and slowed down and eased back onto 283, but I can see where this area has a high potential for an over correction accident.
Who to contact at the county? Or is it the state that needs to fix this?
