I’m looking for someone to rent my Guest House in Grove by the Sea in Old Seagrove. Most of my tenants over the past 15 years have been 20 or 30-something women. Some have stayed for the summer and others and have stayed for several years. I also rent rooms in the Main House from time to time.
The neighborhood is great and the location is hard to beat. Grove by the Sea is about 1/2 mile east of Seaside on the north side of 30-A in Old Seagrove.
