Nestled at the very front of Cassine Village in Seagrove Beach, you will find gulf views from the observation deck, access to two community pools, two tennis courts, and an extensive network of beautiful and serene nature trails.
In addition to all that Cassine Village offers, you will find yourself within walking distance to many excellent dining options, including the renowned Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's, The Perfect Pig, Mexican food, donuts and more! If you love to cook, you will find everything you need to prepare excellent meals in the well stocked kitchen. While meals are being prepared guests can enjoy entertainment on the large flat screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player in the family room.
The master bedroom has access to its own private half bath, which also connects to a full bath that can be accessed from the hallway. In addition to the built in bunks and the full bathroom, you will also find a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board. The private and peaceful patio has a dining table, and two chairs with ottomans to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or a lunch break from the beach!
