Join us at Eden Gardens State Park for a morning gentle yoga session -- every Tuesday starting October 8th 9:30-10:30AM. The session will either be under the trees or in the pavilion depending on weather. All proceeds go to support Eden Gardens State Park -- beginners welcome!
Sessions Taught by Local Yoga Instructors Volunteering their time for this community gem. Current volunteer instructors are Courtney Connell, Shannon Kramolis and Lauren Catanese.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and get ready to honor your body through a gentle flow.
Tickets are $15, buy online or pay in cash or check upon arrival. Checks should be made out to Eden Garden's State Park.
