Once upon a time, life was simpler along Scenic 30A.
Vacation rental companies were owned and run by hometown folks who put your needs above their own.
True partnership were the root of the business. Loyalty ran deep, relationships were built, honesty and transparency were priorities, and care of homes...well, that just came naturally. Personalized customer service, attention to detail and those little, special touches that made your guests feel at home...and want to return.
Then our area got discovered, and our little stretch of road started growing. More businesses, more homes, more visitors...yes, but also more corporations that saw the money-making potential that was starting to emerge in our vacation rental industry that could no longer be ignored. They wanted a piece of us and they began buying and merging our little local companies into big businesses. We lost the sense of family – the characteristic that made vacationing in SoWal a special experience.
With 20+ years of experience in vacation rental management, we didn't like these changes. We cherish our relationships with owners, employees and guests at a personal level and not at a corporate level...so we decided it was time for a change.
Our vision at Grayt 30A Vacations is to bring us back to what brought us all together in the first place: a true partnership in the business of caring for your home, while providing our guests with the personalized service and satisfaction they deserve upon choosing your home for their vacation. That is why we place a limit on the number of homes we manage. Being bigger is not always better, but being best...well, that is where we will always strive to shine.
