Are any of the 4,671 defendants welcome to attend this "town hall" meeting?
...you know, those 4,671 homeowners that Florida Beaches For All, chaired by Dave Rauschkolb, is suing.

Is this "Town Hall" meeting really an
activist propaganda rally?

It's in a church, right?

From a previous post of mine...."And from the FLCPR notification...."FlaCPR today announced the owners of 570 beachfront parcels of the 1,194 parcels sued by the county, which includes individuals, associations and condominiums, have now challenged the Walton County customary use lawsuit. Interventions increased by more than 200 interventions since February 18, 2019 and these interventions represent over 3,500 owners in individual, associations and condos combined,"
seems like someones number dont add up.... which one is it?"

Children, pets, and emotional support animals will increase the tally.

Here are some important questions FBFA should answer at the meeting:

1. What public property became private property as a result of HB631?

2. What year did the first BCC beach ordinance not recognize private property rights?

3. What year did forced occupation of private property with unlimited people and unlimited equipment against the will of the private property owner become legal in Walton County?

4. Does the FBFA, who is a Plaintiff in the lawsuit against every beach front property owner in Walton County, authorize and approve of the Attorney representing the FBFA attacking the Defendants of the lawsuit on Social Media?

5. Should a local government entity be permitted to remove State of Florida Private Property Rights (as posted on the Walton County Web Site) without judicial approval?
