Interesting. I know the house we have stayed in for 10 years as had the same owner. Across the street, original owners. Next to them is an exception, he's fairly new. He was going to move two houses, but tore them down. One lot, he built a house behind the other one and has lived in it while the other is finished. Our rental agency was recently purchased by another entity. Everyone has been so nice and they've always replied promptly but this year, our rental went up $100 a night - previous years about $20 per night. No courtesy call. (We always book early before rates are set. Oh well.)A brief search shows 102 Savannah listed above for $300,000 sold in 2017 for $1,679,000.
