We've stayed in the same house since 2010. Since 2015, we've been there in the month of May plus other weekly visits. It's always gone up about $20 or so a night each year but never $100 a night. Never. The rate is now the 'in season' rate. No notice when we booked the year before. No FYI as the year went on.
It's Garrett Realty now owned by Benchmark Management.
Disappointing. Communicated several times. They don't seem to care. No information from previous years since they are under new management.
We've got copies of the previous years so will visit when we are there in May. (It's expensive to stay there so we avoided paying the in season late May on amount. We would have booked a week or two later to ensure warmer water!)

Prices increase often when owners change or managers change. Sorry to hear for you but It's likely that you were getting a good deal for many years so be thankful for that at least.

We have been coming for 31 years and this year rates are sharply up for all of the places we have stayed. We rented a couple of places that were $2700 last year for a week and almost $4000 for the same week this year.

I guess, the tone in the responses of the employees has since changed.

Same management agency?
