Hi when are you needing a place? We have a cottage that can be available by September 1 is located in Santa Rosa Beach and I will send a couple of pics. The monthly rent is 1700 and that does include your utilities. Connie

I was wondering the square footage, and pet policy, and also how close is it to seaside? thank you for any info.
It is about 900 sq feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
I would say no more then 10 to 15 minutes to seaside.
Has a nice yard and very private.

Yes for now it is still available. I do have someone coming on Saturday to take a look at it. My renter is going to be out of the cottage by September 12. If you would like to come on Saturday as well and take a look just let me know what time would work.
