I found the following link which has the Architect's
plans of the - Courtyard at Seagrove which is
going in on 30-A across from Summer's Edge. The
architectural plans look really nice!

They do look nice! I wonder what they'll do about beach access, though. It's kind of awkward to reach the water from that piece of land.
