I just wanted to say "Thanks" to Beaches of South Walton. We have just returned from our best vacation of our lives! We stayed in Seagrove Beach. The weather was great! The water was a little rough, but we still had fun without incident. Our boardwalk was not repaired, but our neighbor's was...

Beaches of South Walton has not updated their site since 7/14. Any news on open accesses or if the ocean is open yet?

When are you gonna give us the answers? :blink:

If we have already paid in full for our vacation and are planning to come on down, would we be within our rights to ask for a partial refund or maybe a discount on future rentals? Obviously, no one has control over Mother Nature, I am just trying to figure out what the normal policies are?

Thanks Kurt, I had seen those and was somewhat encouraged... I guess I was hoping that someone had actually gone out an looked for good areas instead of damage. :) I know.. the damage is what most folks want to know about... Thanks again for all your posts and we will see ya on Sunday! :clap_1:

Okay, everyone has posted pictures of the damage, but no one has posted any photos of areas that are in fair shape. BRofSW told us that the beaches were "not that bad" in Seagrove. That mostly it was the walkovers that were gone. Are there any good pics out there? Also, we were told that the...

We have just heard from our rental company (BRofSW) that we are good to go! We will see you on Sunday! Emily is heading to Mexico and all will be well! Keep sending those positive vibes! :clap_1: :clap_1: :cool:
