This is one of the few investor lots available in Cypress Dunes- or perfect for an individual with a longer term building horizon. A wonderful hold while the beautiful club is finished and others are finishing building. Development should be near complete in 18 months-2 years...

I don't think parking at beach access will be a big issue for Cypress Dunes owners. I seem to remember talk (please don't quote this as fact) of a trolley/van kind of transport that will be ongoing from the club to the beach and back.

Cil- could you elaborate on some of these examples? I'd be curious. It's been interesting watching what other developers try to get away with: I've seen a couple doozies in the short time I've been here. But you don't read about those because they don't make good copy the way St Joe...
