I like Windswept. Only 30 minutes from Seagrove. It has 6 tees so take your pick.

For the best golf course under $50, I'd recommend Windswept. Hombre in Panama City Beach and Kelly Plantation in Destin are also excellent.

We saw the deer on the beach at Seagrove yesterday.

Yesterday was our anniversary so we had dinner at Cafe Tango. My wife had the shrimp scampi. I had the pasta tossed in a lobster reduction cream sauce with Maine lobster claws. Outstanding! Always a great restaurant.:clap:

The last couple of years we've gone to the Ocean Club. Besides turkey with all the trimmings, they also had lamb and prime rib.

Windswept is 5 mi. east of Freeport. It has 6 different tees and very nice. Hombre in Panama City Beach is a good golf course with lots of water. But I like Regatta Bay the best of all.

My friend wants to know about Rolling Tide Villas. Can you tell me where it's located? Has anyone stayed there?

Our friends stayed at Dunes of Seagrove 2 winters. They were in Bldg. c which overlooked the pool, They liked it. I didn't like the other bldgs. because of the partial view of the beach. We liked One Seagrove Place better.

It's fairly quite until Jan. 15 when most of the snowbirds come for 2 months.

You didn't say whether you have children with you. If not, One Seagrove Place is good for snowbirds. Two bedrooms, all balconys facing the gulf. Completely furnished. Coffee in the clubroom where you can meet other people. Happy hour Friday nights, bingo, etc. Go to oneseagroveplace.com.
