Chambers Street has built three houses for us, one in Seacrest Beach, one in Watercolor and one in Watersound. They produce an excellent product and offer something I rarely find from a home builder.....honesty. I highly recommend him.

I personally know of at least 6. At one time Seacrest Association told me there were 12 but I find that number suspect.

I have a home in Seacrest and am in the process of building a second one. A Gulf view is better for the sale, pool view for the rental. It all depends on your intent. Either way, Seacrest is a great neighborhood and still relatively affordable when compared to Rosemary or Watercolor...

I was shown this house, it's beautiful! The interior design is creative , a very lovely home. My wife and I are not ready to buy yet, but this place is really a gem!!

One thing you may want to consider is the people. My wife and I were originally looking to build a second home in La Jolla. After taking many trips out, and spending a lot of time in the area we changed our mind. It's a beautiful place with a lot of fun things to do. But the people are cold...
