So 30A is down at both Draper Lake as well as in Dune Allen, just before the prime tourist season. That should work out well for businesses along that route.

Is anyone tracking Phase II of the Carson Oaks development off of Mack Bayou? I'd hate to see those live oaks at the entrance come down in the name of "progress." The beautiful entrance may be the best feature of the neighborhood.

If you don't establish a completion date, you're never really late. It's a pretty good contract if you can get it.

Last time I drove through there it looked as though the project was not near completion. Is there still no estimate of a completion date? I would have to think that the property owners affected by the detour route are tiring of the traffic by now.

Where can I get my hands on a SOWAL front plate? I have seen plates with "30A," but none for SOWAL.

We looked into Wild Heron a couple of years ago, but decided not to buy there due to what we thought were prohibitive HOA fees.

So it looks like the vast majority of us in the 32459 zip code actually live in SRB, as evidenced by our respective addresses. Yet there is discussion of eliminating that particular name from the list of beach communities? Seems backwards to me. But I appreciate the discussion.

I'm not sure I understand what is to happen to Santa Rosa Beach if it is "just a zip code?"
