It's the CBS channel out of Dothan - believe me, they will have the Alabama game. They are channel 3 on Mediacom, and they have an HD version but Mediacom has been changing the numbers around, so just look between 801 and 820.

Freeport Vet Clinic has taken care of my cats for years. Not exactly 30A, but closer than Destin and very, very good.

Shades is open at Inlet Beach, and is a great, great place to watch games. Tons of TVs and tons of SEC fans. Good food, too.

I've been going back and forth on this for a month now, and it LOOKS like you can't get CBS on DirectTV here at all, and you only get CBS standard Def (no HD) on Dish. CBS= SEC football, so this is a big deal. Anyone have Direct or Dish in Sowal who can comment on this?

Seagrill is also beautiful inside. It is a shame that there are so few places to sit and enjoy an ocean view for happy hour. Bud and Alley's is just too crowded many times because that's the only place you can SEE the ocean. You can catch a glimpse of it from Shorty's, but that's not the same.
