Family of 5 looking for a rental for anywhere from 6 wks- 4 months staring April. No pets. Would mostly use on weekends and if your home is for sale would allow for continued showings/kick out clause. Budget 3-4K per month. Would need 3+ bedroom. Prefer Rosemary or adjacent.
