    Does anyone know the average cost per square foot to build in south walton for higher end homes . Seems like it would have come down by now with down turn. I know it was pretty high like $300 to 400 at one time in some communities.

    great looking plans, cool houses too. The windows and doors stand out too me also. They might not be cheap but I would'nt call them traditional. Solid doors look better but don't hold up in that climate, I bet you the architect didn't like/want to pick those. For the prices you would pay for one...
