A nice place in the Chat Holly/393 area (3br/2bath) would run about $2000 - $2400/month. I'm sure there are less expensive places but the quality most likely would be questionable.

If it was packed with locals it would make sense to expand but a majority of players (when it is really crowded) are tourists. I don't think anyone is interested in a ton of revenue.

Perfectly good bed - just needs a new home. Located in Santa Rosa Beach.

No fee. Daily around 8:00am 2.5 - 4.5 players show up. Usually pretty busy until 11:00am. Fairly wide open after that. Courts are available 8am - 9pm daily.

Walton County Sports Complex Hwy 98 behind Dune Lakes Elementary School

Paddle racks are coming soon. It seems on a daily basis the courts are full at 8am - noon. Most players are 3.0+ skill level in the morning. I think they are pretty wide open at other times.

Probably October - keep your eyes open....
