Thanks to Hope Luthern for a wonderful Sunrise Service Easer morning at Ed Walline Park. The Sun poked its way through the clouds for much of the service, Several flocks of Pelicans, Loud Surf. It was a great way to start Easter. I only wish I didn't leave my coat in Atlanta.

I agree with SJ that there is potential for investment returns. Just be careful, some of the projects think they are on 30A (check out the sq. ft. costs) but the quality is definitely PCB (low ceilings, cheap windows, etc. etc. etc.). Within the last year I read an article in Coastal Living...

The sushi may be good but I've never liked the idea of the airstreams. Smaller buildings that blend better with the "Seaside" style would have been more appropriate. But then again, I'm also not a fan of the large concrete South Beach looking building on the left side of the Market in Seaside...

The distance from the camping area to the beach access is +/- one mile. An easy walk or bike ride. There is also a parking area next to the beach access if you decide to drive. The camping sites are arranged in a circle with the following sites being lakefront on Western Lake...
