There is no question, pedestrians have the right-of-way on the multiuse path! This is one reason so many cyclists prefer the road. I almost always end up slowing down (much) or running off into the grass in that area near Gulf Place. There is not really a way that feels 'polite' to come...

Nice video. I disagree that beach renourishment caused the private beach signs. There are many now on beaches that have not been renourished. The connection is incidental.

I don't get down to that end of 30A too often, but I think it's about 2 or 3 miles east to Rosemary Beach. There a few places there for breakfast/coffee. About 4 or 5 miles west is Amavida Coffee. Hopefully somebody from that end of 30A can help you out. Enjoy your visit!!

In the video of the meeting Ms. Harris pointed out that part of Edgewater's contract with the beach vendors is that they pick up anything left on the beach. In fact, she made it sound like aside from their volleyball net poles, they are behind this ordinance.

You're right, that is a great idea. When you consider how much the beach changes daily, it is best and easiest way to confirm location.
