I am in NO WAY supporting someone selling their house to buy this car. I realize that it is a very nice vehicle but I think you might have back trouble if you plan sleeping in the car for an extended period. This is just my personal opinion.

I agree 100% with Chickpea. I would definately look at builders construction and even interview the builders. And bid the job to the top 3 builders that you feel most comfortable with. There are several good builders out there, but there are also several with a lot of BAGGAGE.

In those days, all they had to do was look at the contract and add about 30k. As long as banks make home buyers put 20% down, it still should basically work that way as a house is only worth what someone is willing to pay.
