I am a frequent 30A visitor and love Stinky's, George's, Red Bar, Cafe 30A, B&A's etc. I now have to go to PCB every couple of weeks for business and was wondering if there are any good restaurants? Driving 20 miles to eat is getting old :).

Are there Jetties at Inlet beach? I was looking at Google's aerial shots just east of Rosemary and it appears there are about 14 of them.

What's up with all of dead end streets and vacant lots in Gulf Trace? It looks like this place was developed decades ago but few lots have been developed.
