Seabreeze Jazz Festival at Pier Park - 4/13-4/17, 2011

In keeping the costs of the festival down for everyone, there is a nominal fee to order tickets with a credit card. This practice is seen with any event where people are ordering tickets with a credit card when they are mailed out. Our ticket processing company (Tix.com) is the most reasonable...

Seaside Security & WCSO shut down the music

One Point Four Million Dollars. That's how much the 2008 Seabreeze Jazz Festival brought to Walton County this year....according to the HAAS Center at the University of West Florida. It is unfortunate that several in the 30-A area have targeted music events and live music in general, as...

The 2008 Parade of Homes kicks off this Saturday...and many in the South Walton area might be interested in seeing the new concrete and steel home built by O'Shea Builders. Named "All Jazzed Up" -- this home has been 18 months in the making and features cool new products and concepts never...

    Seaside JAZZ Festival

While the Seaside Jazz Fest announced this was their "first ever event", it was actually the 4th of it's kind. The Seabreeze Jazz Festival's first two years were in fact...at Seaside (in the Lyceum). (Year #1 we did partner with the DSA ...Downtown Seaside Association) And yes...out of the 10...

    Seaside JAZZ Festival

I agree...great idea...but since the new Event Ordinance is now in effect in WC -- Eden would never be approved for an event permit by the County Commission due to zero on-site parking. The days of having Artsquest there or any event that would attract a good crowd...sadly...are history.

    Seaside JAZZ Festival

As one of the organizers of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival (which was held at Seaside it's first two years back in 1998 and 1999) -- I know the work it takes to build one of these events. It simply doesn't become successful overnight in a small market like South Walton. Celebrating our 10th year...

Free Thursday Concert at Seabreeze Jazz Festival

I believe that figure for parking is the total parking available at Pier Park now. Additional phases in 2009 will open up more parking. Remember, this project when finished will have over 1 million sf of retail space. For parking purposes....you have to factor there is usually 2 per car for...

Free Thursday Concert at Seabreeze Jazz Festival

The move to Pier Park will allow the festival to grow to about 6000. We will be capping the first year there at 5500 to get a better feel for the venue setup. The more important thing about moving to Pier Park...is we will be able to SPREAD THINGS OUT and make the event experience more...

Free Thursday Concert at Seabreeze Jazz Festival

We have been limiting tickets at this event to around 4500. While that may seem like a ton of people, compared to Berks Jazz Fest, Sarasota Jazz Fest, Capital Jazz in DC, and others around the nation-- The Seabreeze Jazz Fest is considered "intimate" by other standards. We try to let the music...
