I fish around there a good bit. That water is super skinny so they'll have to do some serious dredging.

I was there Friday through yesterday and swam every day. But i've got a lot of .. insulation... :) The water was crystal clear.

MagicSeaweed is a good sight for wave and water temp info. And like some others have said, there will be some people in the water regardless of date or temp (myself included). The cold water is great for inflammation.

Yep, definitely present Saturday in Dune Allen. Not as bad as a few weeks ago, but some dead marine life and airborne irritants.

I'd seen it listed as a NEIGHBORHOOD beach access, which could be taken to mean its only for residents of Beach Highlands. Wonder if that's where the confusion comes from.

Can anyone tell me if this is a deeded or dedicated beach access owned by the county (or some other non-private entity)? I'm looking at property around there and wanted to make sure that that was an 'official' access and not some illegal footpath that would one day be gone. Thanks in advance.
