1 year lease;

My husband, three sons (ages 5, 3, and 1) and I are moving to the Rosemary Beach area at the beginning of December. We're looking for a 4 BR home (or 3 BR with a bonus room) and want to sign a 1-2 year lease. Appreciate any leads!! Thank you!
