South Walton Community Council & Hidden Lantern Gallery are pleased to announce “The Jewels of 30A”, a juried art show featuring our Coastal Dune Lakes.

The call to artists has gone out to submit photos, paintings, original prints and mixed media by August 22, 2011. Local artists who live in Walton, Okaloosa, Bay and Santa Rosa counties are asked to use our globally rare & imperiled Coastal Dune Lakes as inspiration for their submissions.

The exhibition & sale will open on Monday, September 26th and run through Saturday, October 29th at The Hidden Lantern Gallery located in Rosemary Beach. The exhibit is free and open to the public during normal business hours. A portion of the proceeds will go to support the South Walton Community Council. You won’t want to miss this unique exhibition and see how the artists visually interpret our magnificent Coastal Dune Lakes.

For submissions & additional show information, please contact Lauren Carvalho via email @ lauren@thehiddenlantern.com . The final date for all submissions is August 22, 2011 which can be sent as high quality JPEG images or CD to Lauren Carvalho, PO Box 611204, Rosemary Beach, FL 32461.
